By creating an account and using the Ronin service ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Ronin.

2. Description of Service

Ronin is an AI-powered job search automation service. The Service performs job searches, prepares application materials, submits applications, and conducts outreach on your behalf using credentials and preferences you provide. You remain fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to work in the jurisdiction where you seek employment to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to submit fraudulent, misleading, or inaccurate applications
• Use the Service in a manner that violates any applicable law or the terms of service of connected platforms
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service
• Share your account with others or use the Service on behalf of multiple individuals

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. Pricing may change with 30 days notice to your registered email.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is." Ronin does not guarantee that use of the Service will result in employment. AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing all application materials before submission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ronin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed opportunities, reputational harm, or third-party platform account restrictions.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
